Ken Newberger is a conflict resolution specialist. He holds a Ph.D. in Conflict Analysis and Resolution. As the architect of the "Reconciliation Model of Peacemaking," he is an expert in promoting healthy, harmonious relationships. He has worked with people from all walks of life, from pre-marital sweethearts, married couples in every age bracket, and extended families, to workplace staff, business partners, and organizations with multi-party conflict (with up to 16 people in a room).  Click here to read what his marital clients have said about him and the effectiveness of his work.
Dr. Newberger is the author of the book, "Hope in the Face of Conflict." He is also the innovator of the Conflict Analysis Tool for couples. He has taught master's level students at the University of North Carolina, Greensboro, in its Department of Peace and Conflict Studies. He has served as an Approved Educational Provider for the National Board for Certified Counselors. He is a Certified Facilitator for the Prepare-Enrich couple's assessment tool.  Dr. Newberger has written dozens of articles for various publications and has been interviewed more than 20 times on radio and television.
Earlier in his career, Ken served as senior pastor to congregations outside New York City and Washington, D.C. He earned his Master of Theology degree from Dallas Seminary after leaving law school for the ministry.  Although he personally subscribes to a Judeo-Christian worldview, he welcomes and works with people from all walks of life.  Click here to read more about his personal story.
In addition to his professional expertise, Dr. Ken draws upon his marital experience.  He has been happily married to Mary for over 45 years.  They raised three sons, now have three daughters-in-law, and a growing number of grandchildren.  As appropriate, he will share personal insights gleaned along the way to further help the two of you.  As actor Errol Flynn said to actress Olivia De Havilland in a classic 1941 movie, so Dr. Ken says to Mary, Walking through life with you, ma'am, has been a very gracious thing.  The following photo gallery (including the photo at the top of the page) is entitled:
